RapidFlow is a Reading-based team of Gas Safe registered plumbers and heating engineers covering homes, rentals and businesses across Berkshire — with fixed prices agreed before we start.
Ten core services, one local team, and no job passed to a subcontractor you have never met.

Tell us what is happening. A plumber — not a call handler — picks up.
You get the call-out figure and likely labour before we set off.
Named engineer, tracked arrival window, shoe covers and dust sheets.
Job photographed, invoiced clearly, 12-month workmanship guarantee.
A tired 1970s bathroom in Caversham, stripped and re-plumbed in nine working days.
We strip out, re-run supply and waste in copper and push-fit, pressure test everything before it disappears behind a wall, and coordinate the tiler and electrician so you only deal with us.

Burst pipe under the kitchen units at 11pm. Someone actually answered, an engineer was here by midnight and the water was back on before 2am. Price quoted on the phone was the price paid.
Nine properties on their landlord contract. CP12s are booked in without me chasing and tenants get a same-day response. That is the whole job done for me.
Blocked waste on a Saturday lunchtime would have shut us. Jetted, cleared and CCTV surveyed inside two hours so we never stopped serving.
Anything else, just call — 0118 502 7788.
Either way you get the same thing: a straight answer, a fixed price and an engineer who turns up.
Twelve engineers, twelve years, and a service area that stops where we can still reach you inside the hour.
Dean Mallory qualified in 2006 and spent eight years on new-build sites before going out on his own in 2014 with one van and a mobile number. The pitch was simple and has not changed: publish the prices, answer the phone at 3am, and never quote a figure on the doorstep that differs from the one given on the phone.
Today there are twelve engineers covering Reading and the Thames Valley, four of them Gas Safe registered, and an office on Caversham Road that runs the diary — not a call centre in another county.
A person picks up 24 hours a day. If we cannot help, we say so and suggest who can.
You hear the call-out fee and hourly rate before we get in the van.
Nobody is left without water or heat overnight if there is any way to make it safe.
Twelve-month guarantee, parts registered, and a photograph of the work on your invoice.

Three vans sit in Reading overnight, one in Wokingham and one in Newbury — which is how the response times hold up at 3am.

If water is coming in and you cannot stop it, stop reading and call. The line is answered by a plumber, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Usually under the kitchen sink or in the downstairs cupboard. Turn clockwise until it stops.
If water is anywhere near sockets, lights or the consumer unit, switch off at the fuse board.
Running the cold taps drains the system down and reduces what is left to leak while we travel.
Not urgent? A standard booking is cheaper — £89 rather than £129 — and we usually have same-day slots anyway.

New bathroom, start to finish. Turned up when they said, tidied every evening and the finish is genuinely excellent. No surprise invoice at the end.
We move a lot of tenants. RapidFlow are the only contractor I never have to call twice — job sheets and photos come back the same day.
Boiler died in January with two young kids in the house. Diagnosed, part fetched and running again the same afternoon. Fair price, no drama.
Planned maintenance across two office buildings. Reports are clear, engineers are presentable and out-of-hours cover has never let us down.
Fixed a long-running leak two other plumbers had missed. Only reason for four stars is they arrived at the end of the window rather than the start.
Full central heating upgrade over four days. Dust sheets everywhere, radiators balanced properly and they took the old ones away. Faultless.
